She was very prompt in getting us answers to questions that she couldn’t answer on her own. She made sure the event coordinators on the ship had every detail we planned and everything went smoothly! “Royal Ocean Events was very thorough and worked hard to make our special day perfect. I worked with Ashley for close to a year on my event, which was about a week ago, and am so grateful for how hard working she was! We had a few issues due to miscommunication between Norwegian staff and Royal Ocean Events, which was no fault of Ashley's, but she still went above and beyond to do everything she could to meet and exceed our expecations. She checked in regularly, was incredibly responsive, and was very thorough, checking off every detail that needed to be covered! We even had an issue after our event, again due to a Norwegian mistake, that even following our wedding, Ashley is still working hard to fix. so huge shout out to Ashley, who was the best coordinator we could have wished for! “Recently used Royal Ocean Events for my 20 person cruise destination wedding a couple weeks ago! Lauren was my planner and she was amazing! She was very communicative from the beginning and made planning a breeze. She was very responsive and so easy to work with. The day of was seamless! They coordinated transportation to and from our beach ceremony, cocktail hour back on the ship, and helped make a group dinner reservation. Overall, it was a very easy, low stress wedding. I would urge brides to have a plan for hair services. I made an appointment with the salon on the ship and was very disappointed with their work. For a simple curl, they would be a great! But if you want any sort of style (even a simple pony tail) avoid booking on ship.”
